Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Time
Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days after dispatch. Total delivery time from order to arrival is therefore approximately 10–24 business days.

Shipping Origin
Our watches are shipped directly from our manufacturers in China. We believe in being upfront about this — it is how we are able to offer you premium timepieces at an honest price.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Delays
Occasionally delays occur due to customs clearance or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your order date, contact us at andaluswatches@outlook.com and we will investigate immediately.
