30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are transparent about this upfront so there are no surprises.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item we will process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your watch arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we will cover all costs and resolve it immediately. Contact us at andaluswatches@outlook.com with a photo and we will make it right.
